Cancellations & Refunds Policy

Effective Date: June 28, 2025

At Mittal Enterprises, we aim to provide a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Cancellations

Before Shipping:

  • You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn’t been processed or shipped.

  • To request a cancellation, please contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order number.

  • If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

After Shipping:

  • Orders that are already shipped or in transit cannot be canceled.

  • You may choose to reject the parcel at delivery, but shipping charges will be deducted from your refund (if applicable).

2. Return & Replacement

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • Product must be unused, in original packaging, and reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Mention your Order ID, clear photos of the item, and the reason for return

We reserve the right to reject return requests that do not meet our conditions.

3. Refunds

Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned product.

Refund Timeline:

  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7 working days

  • For rejected or invalid returns, we will notify you and the item will not be refunded

Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items bought on clearance/sale

  • Used or damaged items (unless received that way)

  • Customized or special request items
